A Resourcing Partner built for a very different future!

Set up during the turmoil of Covid-19, we’re a fundamentally different kind of resource partner built for what will be a fundamentally different future. There simply is no point in working with a resourcing partner who doesn’t recognise how the world of work is changing.

But what truly makes our company different?

I entered recruitment 22 years ago and hit the ground running – becoming a top performer and then a Cost Centre Manager for SThree. But after a few years I decided to train as an Executive Coach and ended up founding one of the UK’s most successful recruitment training consultancies – training 10,000 recruiters and 3,000 managers globally in the process. For better or worse, many of the recruiters you will have spoken to were trained by me!

But then, as it has for many, Covid-19 slowed everything down and gave me an opportunity to stop and think. And some ideas that had been floating around in my mind suddenly came together.

I could see that Microsoft Partners with huge potential to grow were being held back by the way resourcing worked – it had put them into a catch-22 situation.

We found that to win new projects they needed to demonstrate technical expertise, yet it is too risky to hire without knowing projects are secured. Some Partners are looking to trial new services such as Cloud migration. Yet it is too risky to hire FTEs until success is proven.

Some partners just need expertise but on a part time basis rather than long term contracts and finding 'part-time' consultants isn't always easy.

I’m a qualified Executive Coach – someone who truly understands the ins and outs of how to find, train and develop brilliant teams.

I’m a Master Practitioner in NLP, a qualified facilitator of nine psychometric tools – and I’ve been running leadership, team dynamics and behavioural change programmes for 19 years, all over the world.

My career is built on extensive resourcing knowledge and a deep understanding of what makes people tick. I believe combining this skill set gives us a very unique proposition.
